What to eat with colitis? We discover the recommended foods and those to avoid. This inflammatory situation of the colon can be of various types and is distinguished by the severity of the symptoms: colitis, spastic colitis, nervous, acute or chronic. The manifestations symptomatic features are stomach cramps, diarrhea, bloating, the feelings of heaviness and swelling. To remedy this, it is important to follow the diet, choose well what to include in power or what, however, should reduce or eliminate.
01. Rice
White rice cooked well can be preferred in the diet of those suffering from colitis. Thanks to the substances that it provides the body, determines bowel regularity, which guarantees a feeling of well being. The same function can be performed from semolina or corn flakes.
2. Cooked Vegetables
Vegetables are not to be avoided; however, you should always take precautions. They must be eaten cooked, chopped or passed. It can include the consumption of lettuce, carrots and zucchini.
3. Baked Fruit

Particular attention in dressing the dishes prepared with some ingredients in particular. They are to avoid vinegar, pepper, chilly, mustard, hot spices, sauces, curry and ketchup.
